► You will be giving me some amount of artistic freedom, if you are extremely particular I am not the artist you want to hire, I do not have the time for endless back-and-forth. You will provide me with a character reference image and I will do my best to closely follow it. You can request minor changes during the process if I have forgotten details of your character that were clearly listed in the references you provided me, but major changes to the composition, colors, and background will not be permitted without a re-work fee.

► I reserve the right to use any unused/unapproved drafts/sketches/concepts for future projects in any manner I choose, including selling the sketches off to another client (as a “your character here” type commission option or otherwise). If you wish to claim additional sketches/concepts other than the one chosen by you for your commission, you may do so at an additional fee.

► Wait times vary depending on the type of commission, communication response from you, and other factors. I will keep you updated. If you have a deadline you must specify ahead of time so I can decide if it's possible.

► I will retain full copyright on the piece, permitting me to sell the physical original ink/pencils/study (if applicable), as well as prints of the final piece. I reserve the right to use the piece, in part or in its entirety, in promotional material (ads, patreon, etc.) as well as sell digital copies (wallpaper, digital collections, etc.) unless otherwise discussed before the commission is accepted.

► You may enjoy the high resolution file for personal, non-commercial use. You may share the web-sized version online, crop it for use as an avatar, banner, etc. as long as credit is given. You may not distribute the piece for monetary gain in any way. 

► Commercial rights can be granted for a fee to be discussed BEFORE the commission is accepted.

► You may not use the piece in any way related to LLM/AI generation. This includes database training as well as editing using AI software.

► If at any point I am unable to complete your commission and must issue a refund, you will be refunded in full for whatever piece(s) are not completed.

► If at any point you request a refund, you will be refunded the total minus the work already completed thus far. Small commissions may be ineligible for a refund after sketch approval.
